Refund and Returns Policy

At Janabazaar, we aim to provide high-quality Islamic books and educational products to our customers.

Returns

We only accept returns if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is missing pages or has a manufacturing defect

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order ID
  • Images/videos of the product
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Used products
  • Minor printing/color variations
  • Orders placed by mistake

Refunds

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be refunded to the original payment method

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
